How it work?
Selecting the right au pair
We encourage prospective host families to complete the form on this page to view the profiles of our highly qualified au pairs and gain vital insights into their experience and talents. This will help them make the best choice possible for their family’s unique needs.
Interview
Once a host family finds a profile that interests them, they should complete the form found at the bottom of the profile page. This will enable the family to provide essential details to arrange an interview with a selected au pair at a suitable time for both parties and discuss potential opportunities further.
Signing of contract
The next step will involve the host family and the chosen au pair signing the contract. This will be followed by document preparation and a commitment from us to handle all aspects of visa processing and paperwork until the au pair successfully arrives.
Welcoming chosen Au pair
Finally, the host family can welcome their selected au pair into their home or any provided accommodation. The decision regarding whether the au pair will reside in the home or the provided accommodation is entirely up to the host family. As long as appropriate lodging is arranged.
Pricing
Agency fee
500€
The total agency fee is charge to the host family for a range of services that facilitate the au pair placement process. This fee includes matching the host family with a suitable au pair, providing guidance on the visa application process, arranging health insurance, and preparing all necessary legal documentation.
Interview fee
15€
Charged separately to cover the costs of conducting interviews, including scheduling, coordination, and sometimes additional screening processes.
Payment is Flexible!
We understand that managing the costs associated with hosting an au pair can be challenging, and we aim to make this process as smooth and convenient as possible.
The total placement fee can be divided into two equal payments, allowing you to split the cost over a shorter period.
First Payment: 50% of the total fee is paid at the start of the placement process.
Second Payment: The remaining 50% is paid at a specified later date, such as midway through the process or before the au pair’s arrival.
Additional Costs: Visa Fee and Airfare
We would like to clarify that while our agency fee covers a comprehensive range of services, there are certain costs that are not included. Specifically, the visa fee and airfare are not part of the agency fee.
As part of hosting an au pair through our agency, the host family is responsible for covering the au pair's flight ticket. Covering the flight cost guarantees that everything is done, and the au pair is fully prepared and ready to join your family.
In return, the au pair will take responsibility for paying their visa fee, demonstrating their commitment to the program and their eagerness to join your household. This shared financial responsibility helps establish a supportive and balanced relationship right from the start.
